Montreal, Oct. 9th 2025 — Rithmik Solutions, a leader in predictive analytics for mobile mining equipment, today announced a leadership transition as Co-Founder and CEO Amanda Truscott steps down from her role to take parental leave. Effective October 2025, Ross Barichievy will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Truscott, who co-founded Rithmik in 2018 with Kevin Urbanski and Kris Isfeld, will remain actively involved with the company and plans to return in a full-time capacity following her leave. Under her leadership, Rithmik has secured major partnerships, advanced its analytics technology to industry-leading levels, and positioned itself for rapid scale.

Barichievy joined Rithmik in early 2024, and since then has been instrumental in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy, deepening customer relationships, and advancing the product roadmap. His promotion to CEO has the unanimous support of the founders and the Board.
